Terms of service
Our promise to you, and what we ask in return.
This is our promise in plain words. A formal legal version will follow. Version 2026-10-31, last changed .
In short
- Coipe is a learning game for children aged 5 to 10, made by CEO of Little People.
- Grown-ups make the accounts. Children never sign up themselves.
- We keep children’s information safe: no ads, no selling, no trackers, and no names ever sent to AI.
- Coipe is still being built. It can change, and it can pause.
- Please use it kindly: your own account, your own information, and no getting round the limits.
- You can leave at any time, and we delete what we hold about you.
- Questions or worries: support@ceooflittlepeople.com.
Who we are
Coipe is made by CEO of Little People (“we”, “us”). We have not registered a company yet. Until we do, these pages are the promise of the people who make Coipe, and we stand behind every word. When the company exists, its details will appear here.

What these terms are
These terms are our promise in plain words, written to be read by teachers and parents alike. When you agree to them, you agree to what is written here, and so do we.
A formal legal version will follow. We will write it to keep these promises, tell you what changed, and ask you to agree to it before it applies to you.
Who these terms are for
- schools, and the teachers and staff who use Coipe for them;
- students, who use Coipe through their school;
- grown-ups with their own account, such as a demo account.
If your school has signed an agreement with us, that agreement comes first wherever the two differ.
Your account
A grown-up account is for one person who is 18 or over. Use your own email address, keep your password to yourself, and write to support@ceooflittlepeople.com if you think someone else has used your account.
Children never make an account. A child plays Coipe either with a student account their school makes, or next to a grown-up on the grown-up’s account.
Schools and their students
A school decides which of its students use Coipe. Its admins make the student accounts, and its teachers and admins print the login cards. A card shows the child’s username and their PIN or pictures, so please keep the cards safe and hand each one only to its child. Students have no email address and no password of their own.
The school tells families about Coipe and asks for the consent the law requires. We look after students’ information only for the school and only as it asks, as our privacy notice explains.
The demo
The demo at coipe.app/demo lets a grown-up try a few Coipe games for free. You confirm your email address before the first play. The account is yours, and we never ask about children; you are welcome to play together with one.
You get a small number of plays that come back over time, up to a daily limit, and the demo home shows how many you have. There is nothing to buy. News emails come only if you ask for them. The games, the number of plays and the demo itself can change, pause or end.
Our promise about children’s information
- No ads in Coipe, ever.
- We never sell anyone’s information, and never build profiles for marketing.
- No third-party analytics, trackers or outside fonts on the pages children use.
- We never send a child’s name to an AI.
- Each school’s information is walled off from every other school’s.
- We keep only what the games and the teacher need, and delete it when it is no longer needed.
The privacy notice says exactly what we keep, who sees it, and for how long.
What we ask of you
Please don’t:
- share an account or a login card with someone it doesn’t belong to;
- try to see another person’s, class’s or school’s information;
- get round the limits, such as the demo’s plays, for example with many accounts or with scripts;
- break, overload, copy or take apart the service, or probe it for weaknesses (if you find one, please tell us at support@ceooflittlepeople.com);
- use Coipe to break the law or to harm anyone, least of all a child.
Teachers and school admins: please type only a first name or a nickname for a student, never a full name, a photo or anything private.
What belongs to whom
Coipe, its games, drawings, words and code belong to us or to the people who license them to us. Some games show content that belongs to others, such as a video, and that stays theirs. You may use Coipe for learning and for trying it out, but not copy or resell it. What a school puts into Coipe, such as its class names, stays the school’s.
A pilot, still being built
Coipe is a pilot. We work hard to keep it running and to keep your information safe, but we can’t promise it will always be available or free of mistakes. We may change features, take Coipe down for upkeep, or stop a part of it.
If we stop something a school relies on, we tell the school first where we can, and give it a copy of its information if it asks.
If something goes wrong
Coipe is offered as it is, while we build it. If something goes wrong, tell us at support@ceooflittlepeople.com and we will do our best to put it right.
Nothing in these terms takes away a right the law gives you.
Leaving
You can close your grown-up account at any time: write to support@ceooflittlepeople.com from the account’s email address. We close it and delete everything it holds within 30 days. A demo account whose email address is never confirmed is deleted after 7 days on its own.
A school ends its use of Coipe under its agreement with us. It can ask for a copy of its information first; then everything that belongs to it is deleted within 30 days.
We may pause or close an account that breaks these terms or puts others at risk. Where we can, we tell you first, and why.
Changes to these terms
Each version of these terms has a date, shown at the top. When you agree, we keep the version and the time. If we change something that matters, we tell you, and ask you to agree to the new version before you go on.
Law and disputes
If you have a problem, please write to us first: most things can be put right that way. Which law applies, and where a dispute would go, will be set out in the formal version once our company is registered.
